Contract Signing​

After the scheme is initially confirmed by both parties, a formal cooperation contract is signed, clarifying the rights, obligations, product requirements, delivery time, and other details of both parties.

Down Payment​

The customer pays the down payment as agreed in the contract to confirm the start of the project and ensure the smooth progress of subsequent work.

Preliminary R&D Communication​

This is a key link after the project starts, mainly focusing on the customer’s needs for molds of beauty instruments and personal care products. Both parties clarify various product-related requirements through in-depth communication, laying a solid foundation for subsequent work.

Scheme Confirmation​

Based on the preliminary R&D communication, we formulate a corresponding mold development plan and submit it to the customer for confirmation. If the plan is approved, we will proceed to the next step; if not, we will adjust and optimize it according to customer feedback and reconfirm.

Design and Sampling​

After the scheme is confirmed and approved, we formally enter the mold design stage, complete the mold design work according to the confirmed scheme, and then carry out sampling to produce samples for customer inspection.

Sample Confirmation​

The customer inspects and confirms the produced samples. If the samples meet the requirements and are confirmed, mass production can be carried out; if the samples are not approved, they need to be modified and adjusted according to customer opinions, and re-sampled until they are confirmed.

Mass Production​

After the sample is confirmed and approved, large-scale mass production is carried out according to the order quantity and relevant standards to ensure that the production process is standardized and orderly, and the product quality is stable.

Final Payment Before Shipment​

Before the products are shipped, the customer pays the balance as agreed in the contract to confirm the finalization of the transaction and prepare for shipment.

Inspection and Shipment​

After the completion of mass production and the receipt of the final payment, all products are fully inspected to ensure that they meet the quality requirements. After passing the inspection, arrange matters related to product shipment.

Shipment Confirmation​

After the products are shipped, confirm with the customer whether the goods are received smoothly and meet the requirements. After the shipment is confirmed, the process enters the after-sales follow-up stage.

After-sales Follow-up​

After the customer receives the goods, provide corresponding after-sales support, including usage guidance, quality assurance services, etc., and conduct regular return visits to understand the customer’s usage situation and promptly handle possible problems.
